They will be sent in pallets and boxs which might not be their original packaging. As a result customers will benefit from a discount price. (In case of  armchairs they might have some small scratches on the leatherette, and mattress might have dirty sleeves.)

This particular product has stains on the seat and back (see photos), but it works perfectly.

Warranty comes into effect since the reception of the order and the delivery day will be the first day of commencement.
